Rosen Hotels & Resorts
Brief
Rosen Hotels & Resorts owns and operates seven quality properties in the Orlando destination market. All present excellent accommodations, facilities, catering, dining, recreational amenities and value. In combination, these properties total over 5,000 rooms and suites at the hub of Orlando's famous theme parks.
Goal
In addition to upgrading the look and feel of the entire Rosen brand, we wanted to drive traffic to the website. Orlando is a tourism town and there are many hotels to choose from. People from all over the world look on the Internet to find a place to stay in Orlando and being at the top of the search engines is a high priority for all properties. We wanted to get Rosen properties on the first couple of pages for some competitive keywords.
Results
After a few months of Search Engine Optimization, each website moved up the rankings for some very competitive keyword phrases. Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza each rank on the first page of Google for the keyword phrase “Meeting Hotel”. Rosen Centre also ranks on the first page of Google for the keyword phrase “Convention Hotel”. And only one month after opening, Rosen Shingle Creek ranked in the top twenty in Google for “Orlando Convention Hotel” and “Orlando Meeting Hotel”. Additionally, Rosen Plaza and Rosen Centre both ranked in the top ten in Google for both keyword phrases. The four leisure hotels all rank in the top twenty in for some of their keyword phrases as well.
Most Rosen properties average over 700 unique visitors a day while some of their top performing sites average over 1500 unique visitors a day and over 15,000 page views a day.
