The long-awaited steakhouse serves only prime cuts of Beef from Harris Ranch, which produces Five Diamond Black Angus Beef, and an array of Florida-themed mouth-watering culinary masterpieces.
And to meet the legend himself...

Patrick Smith, author of the novel "A Land Remembered." A Land Remembered steakhouse is named after Smith's rich historic novel which brings to life what Smith so artfully penned: the rugged spirit, natural beauty and colorful history of the state of Florida in an era when cotton, cattle and citrus were its prime industries.

We hope you will be able to join Harris Rosen, Garritt Toohey, Dan Giordano, Leslie Menichini and Michael Salomone, as well as the team of culinary experts including Rosen Shingle Creek Executive Chef Jorge Oliveira, A Land Remembered Head Chef James Slattery and Rosen Shingle Creek Head Pastry Chef David Ramirez for this special menu tasting.
